G&T Executive Ltd (gandtexecutive.co.uk) is a successful local chauffeur company catering for private and corporate clients based in the centre of Newbury. Due to our ever expanding customer base we currently have driver vacancies available.

Our driving roles suit individuals with a mature outlook that are well presented, smart, calm and professional, perhaps recently retired and looking for a part-time role. Mature outlook, clean driving licence, courteous and professional candidates may apply. We are able to offer flexible hours (full and part-time roles available), good rates of pay, car/insurance provided. A West Berkshire Private Hire license will be required.

All of our chauffeurs are:

  • Licensed with West Berkshire Council. Our office is Operator Licensed and our vehicles are subject to Private Hire vehicle inspections.

  • We are fully insured with public liability insurance.

  • For peace of mind and for our female/young clients all our drivers have been Disclosure Checked (formerly known as a CRB Check).

You can book any of our services for as long as you require, please click here to request a quote by email. We provide popular day hire for roadshow meetings, conferences or events. We also provide fixed price airport transfers, please click here for a list of popular transfer prices.

Can I open an account with you?2017-02-12T23:19:19+00:00

Many of our longstanding clients prefer to manage their partnership with us on an account basis allowing their staff and visitors the freedom to travel (with internal approval) without paying us directly. With an account you will benefit from itemised invoicing and staff will save time by negating the need to submit individual expensive receipts to your finance department.

Can I pay by credit card?2017-02-20T18:50:07+00:00

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express.

We do not agree with charging inflated fees and we therefore include these within our prices.

Our drivers do not accept cash payments. We will email you after your trip has been completed and you can pay online via the secure link included in the email. You will also receive a full VAT receipt by email. We call this a ‘Virtual Account’.

Do you charge waiting time if we get delayed in customs/baggage hall and if so how much?2017-02-20T18:54:06+00:00

We offer one hour free of charge after your flight has landed and then £6.00 will be charged for each 15 minute increment (£24 p/h waiting time). 95% of our clients have reached their car in under 45 minutes of landing.

Do you monitor my flight, and do I have to call you if my flight is delayed?2017-01-12T23:00:27+00:00

Your Chauffeur will be monitoring your flight and will know exactly when you land or if you are delayed. You don’t need to let us know. When you make a booking with us we take your mobile number and we also send an SMS message 40 minutes before you car arrives.

No, we specialise in travel within West Berkshire but regularly travel within Oxfordshire, London, Hampshire and Wiltshire and we regularly provide transfers to customers throughout the UK.

G&T Executive provides dedicated chauffeur and ground logistic services for several large estates and families living locally to West Berkshire, with clients from Dubai, Singapore, Pakistan and The United Arab Emirates.

Your chauffeur will be fully uniformed in a smart suit, white shirt and a tie.

Your Chauffeur will be at the airport to meet and greet you out of the arrivals hall to help with luggage and show you to your car. He or she will be holding a board with your name or company logo. Please click here for information on where our drivers stand.
