Do you charge waiting time if we get delayed in customs/baggage hall and if so how much?

We offer one hour free of charge after your flight has landed and then £6.00 will be charged for each 15 minute increment (£24 p/h waiting time). 95% of our clients have reached their car in under 45 minutes of landing.
